Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

Maison Attire Club provides wardrobe management services including garment care, storage, organisation, rotation, and styling support. Services shall be provided in accordance with the individual subscription plans of each Customer.

Services apply to garments only. Items such as footwear, accessories, carpets, furnishings, or other non-garment articles are not covered.

 

2. Governing Terms

All services are governed by Maison Attire Club’s standard Terms & Conditions, which will be shared separately with customers at the time of onboarding.

By subscribing to the service, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

3. Subscription & Fees

Services are offered through a subscription model. Plan inclusions, pricing, and service structures may vary and are subject to revision for future subscriptions.

 

4. Service Availability

Services are available in select locations and pin codes. Maison reserves the right to expand, restrict, or modify service areas at its discretion.

While Maison makes every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines, delays or non-performance of the scheduled services may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public disruptions, or logistical constraints, and Maison shall not be liable for the same.

 

5. Pickup, Processing & Delivery

Scheduled pickup and return timelines will be communicated in advance.

Customers are requested to ensure availability during assigned service windows and arrange necessary access to the premises.

 

6. Garment Assessment & Health Card

Garments are professionally assessed prior to processing to determine their condition and care requirements.

The Maison Health Card maintains a record of garment condition, handling history, and relevant observations to support transparency and set realistic expectations regarding longevity.

Maison reserves the right to decline items deemed unsuitable for treatment in order to prevent potential damage.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to:

Check all pockets and remove personal belongings

Inform Maison of any special care instructions

Disclose delicate fabrics or pre-existing damage

Maison is not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside garments. Additionally, Maison is not responsible for any damage caused due to failure of the customer to disclose any essential information regarding the garments, including but not limited to, delicacy of fabric or pre-existing damage to the garments.

 

7. Fair Usage

Services are intended for personal residential use. Maison reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse or submissions inconsistent with household wardrobe requirements.

 

8. Damage & Limited Liability

Maison exercises the highest standards of care in handling garments. However, Maison shall not be liable for:

Normal wear and tear

Colour bleeding

Fabric shrinkage

Manufacturer defects

Pre-existing damage

In the unlikely event of damage which is directly attributable to Maison’s handling or processing, the applicable compensation shall be limited to 5 (five) times the cost charged per garment or INR 2000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Only), whichever is higher.

Claims must be reported within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery.

 

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund (100%) is applicable if the subscription is cancelled within the first 7 (seven) days from the date of commencement.

Thereafter, a partial refund will be processed for unused garments or services, wherever applicable.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

 

10. Non-Transferability

Memberships and services are non-transferable and shall be applicable only to the registered customer and address. Maison reserves the right to terminate the subscription and refuse services in the event that the membership is transferred to any other person.

 

11. Modifications

Maison Attire Club reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels, which shall include WhatsApp, email and social media (Instagram, etc.).

 

12. Acceptance

By subscribing to Maison Attire Club, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
