In the event of a personal data breach, we will (a) notify each affected customer without undue delay through their registered channel, describing the nature and extent of the breach, its likely consequences, the measures we have taken, the steps you may take to protect yourself, and a contact point for assistance; and (b) notify the Data Protection Board of India without delay and submit a detailed follow-up report within 72 (seventy two) hours, setting out the cause of the breach, the remedial measures taken, and confirmation of the notifications sent to affected customers.
